Mannequin classes
First class mannequin: made of thick felt-reinforced fibreglass which come from A grade resins, the surface of the mannequin was coated with import paint, matched with thick shoulder and leg;
Second class mannequin: made of felt-reinforced fibreglass which come from B grade resins, the surface of the mannequin was coated with paints made in China, matched with thin sliding shoulder and leg;
Third class mannequin: made of cloth-reinforced fibreglass which come from C grade resins, the surface of the mannequin was coated with general paints, matched with thin shoulder and leg.
What's good mannequin and bad one?
How do we know the mannequin is good or bad Simply, we can examine the overall surface of mannequin, it's a good mannequin if it is smooth, has fit assemble line without mismatch , no any dirty or scratch mark, no deformation, and felt solid by hand.
How to assemble the mannequin?
Base assembling: fix the Frame and the Base with screws included, be sure to tighten the screw so that the mannequin stand up rightly;
Low parts of mannequin assembling: place one leg with the buttock on the floor to let its' waist lean against your body, then fit the other leg by rotating tightly, then position the assembled Low parts on the Base;
Upper parts of mannequin assembling: first put the Upper parts into the Low parts, then put two arms in position separately;
How to dress the mannequin up?
Trousers: if the two legs stretched too far from each other, you could take one leg off the body, then put on the trousers on one leg each time, finally assemble the Low parts with the Base;
Coat: take left arm off only, then put on the coat on the right arm, now put the left arm through the coat, finally put the left arm in position;
Button up or zip up, then make all clothes neat.
How to maintain the mannequin?
Be careful in using the mannequin, particularly not bump the mannequin against rigid things especially on the assemble line;
When you put a mannequin in the mall or store, try to select the place near the wall, not in the way;
Be sure to put the mannequin in the place where no direct sunshine can reach, too often sunshines would make the surface coating fade. |
